Sewer line root intrusion
Why it happens here
Englewood's mature trees send roots toward moisture in sewer lines. Even a tiny crack in a pipe invites roots that grow into a dense mass. This causes slow drains, backups, and eventually pipe damage if not addressed.
Our approach
We run a sewer camera to locate the intrusion, then use a hydro jetter to cut the roots away. We follow up with a root inhibitor to slow regrowth. If the pipe is cracked, we repair or replace that section.
